Chorus Trip Reminders  When you start getting your packing in order, make sure you hit the following websites. 1 - www.airtran.com  Click the TRAVEL INFO link and go down to POLICIES AND PROCEDURES. At this location click the BAGGAGE link. This will tell you ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT WHAT YOU CAN AND CANNOT CARRY ON THE PLANE. 2 - www.weather.com This site will give you an idea of what the weather will be like. PLEASE PACK ACCORDINGLY! 3 - www.hillgrovechorus.com  If you misplace your itinerary you can get a copy of it on the chorus web site.   All right, let's start from the top... YOU MUST HAVE YOUR STUDENT AT THE ATLANTA AIRPORT NO LATER THAN 6:00AM. Please remember it will be difficult to check in everyone at 6:00AM. Keep that in mind. If you get your student to the airport early, there will be supervision there by 5:45AM. Make sure you (if you are chaperoning) and/or your student brings your/their drivers liscense (if it applies to your student) and their school ID so we can all get on the plane. PLEASE PACK VERY COMFORTABLE SHOES. We will be doing a LOT of walking. When we see "Wicked" and "Hairspray," please remember to wear khakis. NO DENIM TO THE PERFORMANCES, PLEASE!! While at Carnegie Hall and the NBC Studio tour wear whatever you are comfortable in but remember YOU ARE REPRESENTING HILLGROVE HIGH SCHOOL. For the workshop you will need to wear your khakis. We will not be returning to the hotel to change before seeing "Hairspray." You will need your own money for lunch on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and dinner on Sunday as well. The days are long so remember to bring money for snacks or bring your own goodies, but keep in mind the baggage policy for AirTran. A print out of room assignments went home with your student this past week. This list WILL NOT be posted on the Hillgrove chorus web site for security reasons. Please ask your student for this list. PLEASE NOTE...Our flight arrives back in Atlanta at 9:59PM on Sunday night. It will have been a V E R Y  L O N G  D A Y for the students and the chaperones.
